With 13 private treatment rooms, the Newington Clinic provides expert physiotherapy, remedial massage, hand therapy, neurological and women’s health physiotherapy, as well as tailored care for dancers and musicians.

Newington Active is our purpose-built space for active, movement-based therapies. Here, clients access our fully equipped clinical pilates studio, exercise physiology sessions, the GLA:D program, and tailored group classes in a safe and supportive environment. This dynamic studio complements our hands-on care, supporting strength, mobility, and long-term recovery.
